Terms of service

These terms cover quotes and work provided by Tolo Electrical and Solar Pty Ltd (ABN 51 656 956 651) (Tolo Electrical, we, us). By accepting a quote from us, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

Quotes

Our quotes are fixed price and itemised. A quote stays valid for 30 days from the date on it. If something unexpected is found on site that genuinely changes the scope (for example, concealed wiring damage), we will stop, explain it, and agree any variation with you in writing before continuing.

Rebates and approvals

Where a government incentive applies, it is shown in the quote and claimed by us on your behalf. Grid connection approval rests with your electricity network; we lodge and manage the application, but approval timing is theirs.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties for panels, inverters and batteries are passed on to you in full. Our own workmanship warranty covers the installation itself. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quote and invoice. We do not take payment for goods or services through this website.

Liability

We hold the licences and insurance required for electrical contracting work in NSW. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including electricity network outages and weather delays.
